Shipping Method- Products are shipped either USPS Priority Mail or UPS with signature required. USPS offers delivery Monday thru Saturday and we will ship to a P.O. Box or a military APO/FPO address. Shipping rates are provided within the shopping cart at checkout. All Orders of $150 or more will receive FREE SHIPPING! Orders must be placed on line only! Confirmation of your order or in a delay in your order due to a backorder will be sent via email within 24-48hrs of order receipt. Backorders-occassionally we will temporarily run out of stock. If this occurs on your order you will be contacted by a PCS customer service representative via email and advised of the situation and will be furnished with a date of when you can expect to receive your order. The customer has the right to cancel the order at that time if he/she wishes.

Return Policy
PCS wants our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If a product is mis-shipped or damaged in transit, contact us upon delivery and we will arrange a immediate replacement. If for some other reason you are dissatisfied ,please state the reason to our customer service agent and they may grant you a RA# (Return Authorization Number). We cannot consider opened or partially used product for an RA#. Requests for an RA# must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
